    The 3 Stages of Awesome

    We want you to become the best athlete that you can, and everybody performs better if they have a goal to aim for.

    We have devised a scale of 5 basic human movements to perfect and improve on which cover strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.

    Hinge (deadlift)
    Squat (back squat)
    Pull (pull up)
    Push (press up)
    Gait (run)

    Your aim is to work your way through the standards and AIM FOR AWESOME! The fun is the journey in getting there, becoming graceful in each and every movement you do and striving for perfection. Fitness should be challenging, safe and fun and these stages help ensure all.
