    Next On Ramp Starts Tues May 12th 2015
    1. Attend a Free Taster Session
      Held every Saturday morning 10am. Just send us an email letting us know you plan on coming.
    2. Book onto the monthly On Ramp course (enrol here)
      2, 90min sessions , Tues 7.30pm & Fri 7.30pm (8 spaces available to maintain personal attention). £40 for the 2 session course (includes the next 2 weeks unlimited training). This is to introduce you to the techniques and intensity of movements so you can understand scaling and importance of good movement.
    3. Join Regular Sessions
      Once you have completed the On Ramp course you can then attend any session. Prepare to become awesome!

    If you have previous experience in olympic/power lifting and don’t think you need to attend the On Ramp course then we suggest you come to the free session on Saturday so we can check your techniques and movement patterns before allowing you to enter the full sessions.

    When booking the On ramp course (£40). Please make sure you can make the course as the cost is non refundable.
